Terms of Service
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Version 3.0
These Terms of Service apply to Cue, cue-prompt.com, Cue accounts, Cue Live and the Cue ChatGPT plugin. Cue is a trading name of Loople Ltd.
1. Operator
Cue is operated by Loople Ltd (Company No. 17332337), 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Support: support@cue-prompt.com.
2. What Cue provides
Cue provides software that helps users improve prompts for AI systems. Cue Live is a browser extension that can analyse prompt text the user chooses to submit and return a score, feedback and a suggested rewrite. Cue may also provide the Cue ChatGPT plugin, learning content, account features, progress tools and other prompt-related features. The ChatGPT plugin can connect to the same Cue account and use the same Free or paid Cue entitlement as Cue Live. Features may change, be added or removed as the service develops.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create a Cue account. Where local law requires a higher age or parental consent, that local requirement applies.
4. Cue Live, the Cue ChatGPT plugin and ChatGPT
Cue Live and the Cue ChatGPT plugin are independent Cue products and are not endorsed by or affiliated with OpenAI unless expressly stated otherwise. Cue Live operates on supported ChatGPT web pages and reads the prompt you choose to analyse. The Cue ChatGPT plugin processes only the prompt you explicitly ask Cue to review or improve. Cue does not automatically submit your full ChatGPT conversation history to Cue. The plugin may ask you to connect your Cue account so Free and paid Cue entitlements can be enforced consistently across Cue products. You are responsible for reviewing any suggested rewrite before using it. Cue cannot guarantee that a rewritten prompt will produce a particular answer from ChatGPT or any other AI service.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Cue to: • break the law or facilitate unlawful activity • interfere with or damage Cue's systems or security • attempt to bypass account, usage or subscription controls • reverse engineer Cue's server-side systems except where applicable law expressly permits it • resell or commercially exploit Cue without permission • use automated means to overload the service We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect Cue, other users or third parties.
6. Free and paid Cue plans, including Cue Premium
Cue may offer Free and paid plans. Free usage limits may reset on a recurring basis and may change as the service develops. Cue Premium pricing, billing period and included features are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
7. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Native app purchases, where offered, may be processed by Apple, Google or RevenueCat. You can cancel a recurring subscription using the account or billing controls made available for that purchase channel. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally end paid access already purchased for the current billing period. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or digital-content rights that apply where you live.
8. AI-generated results
Cue uses automated and AI-assisted systems to analyse prompts. Scores, feedback and rewrites may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. Cue is a productivity tool, not professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. You remain responsible for what you submit to an AI system and how you use any output.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of prompt text and other content you provide to Cue. You give Cue the limited permission necessary to process that content for the purpose you requested, including sending the selected prompt to service providers required to generate a Cue Live or Cue ChatGPT plugin result. Do not submit content to Cue that you do not have the right to use or disclose.
10. Cue intellectual property
Cue, Cue Live, the Cue branding, software, design and original content are owned by or licensed to Loople Ltd. These terms do not transfer ownership of Cue intellectual property to you. You may use Cue only for the ordinary personal or business use permitted by the product and your plan.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data Cue processes, why it is processed, how Cue Live and the Cue ChatGPT plugin handle prompt text and account linking, the service providers involved and your privacy rights. Privacy Policy: https://cue-prompt.com/privacy
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep Cue available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may depend on third-party platforms such as ChatGPT, browser APIs, hosting providers or payment services. We may change, update or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. If a material change affects an active paid plan, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Cue at any time and can request account deletion through Cue account controls or Support. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation and applicable statutory consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, Cue is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output. For business users, any liability that can lawfully be limited will be limited to the amount paid to Cue by that user during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your home country. If a dispute arises, contact support@cue-prompt.com first so we can try to resolve it.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Cue changes or as legal requirements change. The latest version and update date will always be shown on this page. Material changes may require you to review and accept the new version before continuing to use Cue.
