Frequently asked questions
Cue Live is not appearing in ChatGPT
Make sure you installed Cue Live from the official Chrome Web Store listing linked from cue-prompt.com, then reload ChatGPT. Cue Live is launching on ChatGPT first.
I cannot sign in
Use the same Cue account you created on cue-prompt.com. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset flow on the Cue sign-in screen.
I reached the free limit
Free accounts receive 10 prompt improvements per day across Cue Live and the Cue ChatGPT plugin. Cue Pro unlocks extended access. The same Cue account and entitlement are used across both products.
What languages does Cue Live support?
Cue Live and the Cue ChatGPT plugin detect the language of the prompt you ask Cue to analyse and return feedback and a rewrite in that same language. The website interface currently has dedicated localisation for English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
Does Cue Live support voice dictation?
Voice dictation is planned, but it is not included in the first Chrome Web Store release. We are keeping the launch permission set deliberately small.
How do I delete my account?
Open My Account in Cue and choose Delete account. If you cannot access your account, email support and we will help you with a verified deletion request.
Where can I install Cue Live?
Cue Live will be distributed through the official Chrome Web Store only. Cue does not provide a public ZIP download.
How does the Cue ChatGPT plugin work?
The Cue ChatGPT plugin connects to the same Cue account as Cue Live. When you ask Cue to improve a prompt, only the prompt you explicitly send to Cue is processed by the Cue backend. Free and Pro usage is shared with your Cue account.
Does Cue store prompts from the ChatGPT plugin?
Cue does not intentionally store the full prompt text in your Cue account database after the scoring and rewrite response is returned. Account, plan and usage records are stored separately, and technical infrastructure logs may retain limited request or error metadata.
