Cue Live reads the prompt you choose to analyse from the ChatGPT composer. The Cue ChatGPT plugin receives only the prompt you explicitly ask Cue to score or improve. Cue does not automatically collect your full ChatGPT conversation history. When you invoke either product, the selected prompt is sent securely to the Cue backend for scoring and rewriting. Cue may send that prompt to an AI model provider to generate the requested result. Cue does not intentionally save the full prompt text to the Cue account database after the analysis response is returned. Account information, subscription entitlement and usage counters are stored separately. Technical hosting or error logs may contain limited request metadata needed for security, reliability and debugging, but Cue does not intentionally log full prompt bodies for routine analytics.

We process personal data to: • create and secure your Cue account • provide Cue Live scoring and rewriting • apply usage limits for Free and paid Cue plans, including Cue Premium • process and verify subscriptions • provide customer support • maintain security, prevent abuse and diagnose service problems • improve Cue using aggregated or minimised product analytics where enabled Where UK GDPR / GDPR applies, our main legal bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and legal obligations.

Cue relies on specialist providers to operate the service. Depending on the feature you use, these may include: • OpenAI — AI processing for Cue Live and Cue ChatGPT plugin scoring and rewriting • MongoDB Atlas — account, entitlement and usage data storage • Railway — backend application hosting • Vercel — website hosting • Stripe — web payments and subscription processing • Resend — transactional email delivery • PostHog — product analytics when configured • Google / Chrome Web Store — extension distribution • Apple / Google Play / RevenueCat — native app purchases where applicable These providers process data under their own contractual and privacy terms. We do not sell personal data to advertisers. Website privacy choices Cue asks for your choice before enabling optional product analytics on cue-prompt.com. Selecting “Essential only” keeps analytics off. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; you can change it by clearing Cue’s site data in your browser settings and revisiting the site.

Cue does not store your full payment-card details. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Native app purchases, where offered, may be processed by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. We retain the account-level information needed to know whether your Cue plan is active and to meet accounting or legal obligations.

Account data is generally kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, Cue will delete account-linked personal data within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute purposes. Cue Live and Cue ChatGPT plugin prompt text is not intentionally retained in the Cue account database after the analysis response is returned. OAuth connection records are retained only as needed to keep the plugin connected and expire automatically or are invalidated when the connection ends. Support correspondence may be retained as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain business records.

Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or your country. Where required, Cue relies on recognised transfer mechanisms such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum / Agreement, or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to request portability. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise a privacy right, email support@cue-prompt.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request". We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

Cue is not intended for children under 13. Where local law requires a higher age of digital consent, additional parental or guardian consent may be required.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect Cue accounts and service data, including encrypted transport, authenticated API access and restricted access to production systems. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
